Stravion Technologies is operated by Fortivex Labs Pty Ltd. ABN 57 700 626 526, Melbourne, Australia. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Fortivex Labs Pty Ltd.

This policy covers the personal information we handle when you visit this website or email us.

When you email us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, email subject and message.

When you visit this website, our hosting provider records technical information about the request, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the website and keep it secure.

This website does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking.

We use the information in your email to reply to you and to deal with the matter you raised. We do not sell personal information.

Two service providers handle personal information on our behalf.

Vercel Inc. hosts this website. Vercel is based in the United States and processes website request information there and in other countries where it operates.

Google provides our email through Google Workspace. Google’s Cloud Data Processing Addendum says that customer data may be processed in any country where Google or its subprocessors maintain facilities. Google publishes the locations of its data centres and the names and locations of its subprocessors.

When this policy was last updated, Google listed data centres in Belgium, Chile, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, Singapore, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, the United States and Uruguay, with more under development in other countries.

We may also disclose personal information where the law requires it.

We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or raise a concern about how we have handled it, by emailing neeraj@stravion.live. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au, which can tell you whether it is able to consider your complaint.
